Words of Wisdom 2 : When One Door Close, Another Open

Many times in life, we often feel that the only door for us to go through is closed and locked. We feel so depressed because there seems to be no way out. I am writing this post because recently, I know of a friend of mine, who lose his job due to his company restructuring. Being the sole breadwinner in his family, he feel that it is the end for him. He didn't inform his family members about it, as he does not want to become worried.

As each day passes, he begin to grow more dependence on credit. From banks to friends, he debt he own starts to accumulate. It was only after sometime when his ex-colleagues pay him a home visit, his family members learned about his career mis-fortunate. Fortunately, his wife didn't leave him. Instead, she stick with him and tried to find new ways to increase their income.

Having a 2-years-old child with them, there is no way his wife can afford a full-time job, nor can they afford a daycare center. Being poorly educated, the only thing she know since child is internet. Thus, she being to explore ways to earn extra income on the internet. At first, it seems futile, the income she earned online only make her husband more frustrated, it seems too little to even buy a packet of potatoes.

Knowing that internet is the only thing she know, she persevere and keep following what other successful bloggers are doing. After one month, when her husband returns home from another failed job interview, he was astonished when his wife showed him a check, a check with an amount enough to buy them proper meals for several days.

Only then, my friend starts to believe in the online money making opportunities and today, they are a happy couple, surfing the web together daily to save up money for their child education.

You might be wondering why I am sharing this story in a blog titled 'Earn Money Online'? Well, with the suicide rate hiking, I want every readers of mine to know that in life, when one door close ; another opens. In life, it is seldom a 'one-door way', there are bound to be other doors present. It is whether you are willing to venture into the next one.

You might be wondering, 'how do I make sure that the next door is as good as the closed door?' Well, the answer lies in you yourself. Your attitudes and determination will determine whether the new door is a good one.
